I thought a lot about what 2025 and 2026 mean to me. I decided the best way to describe it would be as the beginning of a marathon. We started last year expecting it to be rough, we were proven very correct, and it looks like we have a long ways to go. I can honestly say, however, that I have been blown away by how the people in my life have come together to support each other. My therapist once said to me, "There's good in the world, it just needs to be loud." Well, my people got loud, and I am so appreciative of everyone that stood up, and continues to stand, for what's right. We'll make it across that finish line, all together, kicking and screaming.
As always, the costumes in the new panel are loosely based on characters from series that were important to me in one way or another over the past year. While I usually cover a wide variety of media, however, all of these come from video games that were streamed and posted to my Twitch and YouTube channels. Yoru's outfit is based on Richter Kai from Paranormasight, Chris' outfit is based on Wadanohara, and MP's outfit is based on Milo from Monster Camp.
I kept to streamed games because one of the best parts of 2025 as been the amazing attention my YouTube channel has received. I started the year with 48 subscribers, and as of writing this, I have 422. I wish I could take credit and say that it's all due to my talent and undeniable charisma and handsomeness, but the truth is that I couldn't have done it without my amazing costreamers, KelciDComics and CocomomoArt. Not only did their incredible performances and personalities delight our viewers, they also made my life demonstrably better. Every time we got together, it was the highlight of my week, and every time I edited one of our replays, it was like doing it all over again. I would stream every night with them if we weren't all busy adults. Thank you both for joining me on this part of the journey, and I hope many more amazing games await us.
Rock on, guys, and never stop drawing.
