When I originally came up with Yoru and Pincushion's dynamic, Pincushion's work was thankless and Yoru was toxic and ungrateful. As CosPain in general became more positive, however, so did their relationship. Yoru may sometimes take Pincushion for granted, but it's clear that they genuinely care for each other.
