The con staff manning the entrances to the Dealer's Room and Artist's Alley have it rough. Hundreds (or even thousands depending on the con) of attendees pass through those doors each day, and all of them are supposed to have badges if they want to enter. So if you're going through a checkpoint, be nice and have the badge out and visible. Save them a headache.

I can remember more than once seeing someone wearing every con badge they've ever received just waving the entire group at staffers to get into various things.

Kind of makes you wonder if they've actually registered, or if they've got enough ranks in Bluff that nobody feels it's worth the energy to actually make them dig out the right badge from the mess.
