I've probably seen somebody doing this at 90% of the anime cons I've been to. They bring an electric guitar and an amp, set up somewhere, and just start SHREDDING.
I know some people who are bothered by these wandering minstrels, but to be honest, I've always thought they were kinda cool. I had a great chat with one when he stopped by my table at Otakon 2018, who I had heard previously playing a killer version of the classic "Bubbleman Theme" from Mega Man 2.
