Finally, it begins!
I've been looking for an opportunity to introduce this character for a little while. I'm excited to be adding a recurring furry character to the CosPain cast!
I'll admit, it took me quite a bit of time to figure out exactly how to bring this character about. While I've interacted with furries at cons, I can't say that I'm a part of their community, and I've been very concerned about representing them without simply pandering or inappropriately mocking.
I've known for a long time, however, that a furry character needed to exist. Furries are a big part of con culture, and every one I've ever met has been really cool and positive. And talking to them and getting many great strip suggestions and research recommendations has finally allowed me to take this momentous step.
So welcome, new friend. Here's to many, many jokes.
