I'm pretty sure every single tabler has done this at one point or another. It always seems like everyone is stopping at every table but yours, and it is MADDENING. You look for any possible explanation, getting increasingly outlandish and embittered, until you become convinced that the entire Artist Alley is out to ruin you. And the really funny part? There's a decent chance other tablers at the con are thinking the same thing about YOU.
In the end, it's a matter of seeing the grass as greener. You have to recognize that everyone working at the con is having people walk past without stopping regardless of their placement, and you just have to suck it up and do your job. It's not easy, but you learn to value everyone who checks out your table and ignore every one that goes straight to someone else's.
