I periodically use sites like UpWork and Fiverr to look for jobs. Sometimes, I find something interesting, but the majority of the offers are pretty awful. A lot of people make unreasonable demands for very low payoffs, and it's very easy to start second-guessing your normal price range upon seeing so many lowball offers.

The fact that they undervalue that type of work doesn't mean that you overvalue it; it means that they're not the type of client you want in the first place. Just keep going until a post that catches your actual interest pops up and ignore all the others.
