I ... may have done something like this recently. Not quite so bad or blatant, but I met someone at Zenkaikon whose style was a dead ringer for Oswald Cobblepot. The guy was cool about it. You, sir, are a snazzy dresser.

Such is my life. I look so much like the Avatar Korra that strangers have commented on it, which is a bit annoying for a guy my age.Yeah, my hair is very long! A friend of mine looks exactly like Inspector Gadget, the same long, thin face and nose. He's a project coordinator at Activision and we recently spent a couple of years working out the Crash Bandicoot series reboot, so we were very noticeable hanging out together at trade shows. But my kid looks and sounds just like Iris from Pokemon, and quite proud of it.

For me it was some dude who looked like Lars from Steven Universe, right down to the moehawk that was curled and puffy instead of sharp.

He gave me the blankest look of "I don't understand" (rather than a Lars "Watch out you little s-tteeeevan") when I complimented his cosplay.
