One of the scariest parts of the last few years for me (besides, y'know, the obvious stuff) was trying to keep a comic about cosplay running when cons were shut down. This moment of "something-funny-happened-that-I-can-turn-into-a-strip" is critical to my process, and I legitimately worried that this project that I've devoted almost five years of my life to would collapse without a steady influx of ideas. Thankfully, I had enough of a backlog that I was able to keep the momentum going through the lean years.
And no joke, when I traveled to Tekko this past December to help Trickssi with her dance events, I had one of these moments on the plane headed to the con. We're back, baby.
Rock on, guys, and never stop drawing.
