 Hi guys! I'll be tabling at Otakon this coming weekend, July 29th-31st! Otakon 2008 was the very first convention I ever attended, so it holds a special place in my heart.
If you're anywhere near the DC area, stop by the table and say hi! I'll have copies of Less Than Secret and The Letters of the Devil I and II, as well as those Wonder Woman fundraising prints I mentioned on my Patreon a while ago. In addition, Friday is the 5th anniversary of CosPain, so I'll be doing deals all weekend with the minicollections! Hope to see you there! Rock on, guys, and never stop drawing.  This Saturday, I'll be at The Laughing Ogre all day along with Bob Corby for Free Comic Book Day! Bob is celebrating the release of Oh, Comics! #30: Cheese (which I did contribute to), and I'll be distributing free minicomic editions of several of the stories from Less Than Secret!
Planning on heading to a different FCBD event in Columbus? I've got you covered there, too! I spent this week distributing the minicomics all over town, so you should be able to find them there. Con season's starting back up, and I'm pleased to announce that I'll be representing CanonWrite Productions at RathaCon! I've only had the pleasure of tabling at RathaCon once before, and I've been eager to return. It's a great show, and I'm really looking forward to it.

I will be participating in SPACE Online 2021 tomorrow, and as part of that, I was asked to make a live-read version of one of my comics! I went with one I recently did for Oh, Comics! #29, which I've mostly had to keep quiet until the anthology was released to the public but received permission to display here. Recently, I had the opportunity to create the cover art for the latest release by Jon Porobil, STAGES: an album about coping with a difficult year. It's an incredible project, and I cannot recommend it enough. You can listen to it here.

Released this Week CosPain #97: Punching Bag (Hi-Res Patron Version) CosPain #98: Before it was Cool Upcoming Events Otakon 2019: July 26-28, 2019, Washington, D.C. SaikouCon 2019: August 2-4, 2019, White Haven, PA Matsuricon 2019: August 16-18, 2019, Columbus, OH WV Pop Culture Con: September 7th-8th 2019, Morgantown, WV If you know of any events that are accepting artists, let me know! Backburner Party! For the last few weeks, I’ve been playing with an idea: a Backburner Party. Much like events such as 24-Hour Comic Day, the idea is to get a bunch of creators hanging out and working on their backburner projects. You know the ones. The ideas you always wanted to implement but never had the time, energy, or resources to really delve into. Well, this would be a block of hours where people could sit down and just do it. The first Backburner Party is Sunday, July 7th, from 1:30-5:30, at the Westerville Library, Meeting Room B. Come on by with whatever backburner project you want to work on and get started! CosPain #100 Livestream! The next livestream will by my 100th CosPain strip! In addition, I plan to have it coincide with the completion of the next Letters deadline (see below), so I’m extra excited for it! While I normally do these streams in two days, I will instead be doing the entire comic in one day. I will be going from pencils all the way through to a finished strip, not just through the coloring. The stream will be live on Sunday, June 2, starting at 1:00 PM EDT and ending when the strip is done. If you’re able to join me in this celebration, I’d love to have you. If you’re interested in seeing them as they come out, the best way is to follow my YouTube channel, or my Twitch channel if you want to join in on the livestreams, well, live! The Letters of the Devil II  You read that correctly. Less than two weeks left, but 200 pages have been completely penciled. My current goal is to average 5 pages a day until the pencils are done. It’s so close I can taste it, guys. And it tastes GOOD.
